Mission & Value Statement
The Town of Greenburgh Police Benevolent Association represents the approximately 110 sworn members who hold the rank of Police Officer, Detective, Sergeant, and Lieutenant. The mission of the Organization is to further the interests of the members of the Association and to improve their general welfare by seeking improved terms and conditions of employment.
The Association aims render moral and material aid to members as needed, subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors. To promote a friendly and fraternal spirit among its members. To actively participate in the legislative process for the benefit of its members. To provide members with Association representation and/or counsel as needed in grievance and disciplinary proceedings and other proceedings, subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors.
The Town of Greenburgh Police Benevolent Association is not-for-profit, private corporation, that is funded by its members’ dues and donations for the community.
